What it can do
- ✓Get you a real price. It reads the same price list this website uses, so the number it tells you is the number you would have seen yourself.
- ✓Tell you which days are genuinely open. It cannot offer you a date we have already sold.
- ✓Hold your date and hand you a confirmation number.
What it cannot do
- ✗Pay your $60 deposit. That link is emailed to you and nobody else. An assistant never sees it and cannot use it.
- ✗Book you for today. Call (954) 228-3312 for same day and a person will tell you honestly whether a crew is free.
- ✗Cancel or move your booking. Call us. Rescheduling is free up to 48 hours before your move.
An assistant cannot get you a better price than this website, and it cannot
get you a worse one. Both read the same price list and the same calendar.
Whoever does the typing, the answer is the same.
How it goes
- 1You tell the assistant where you are moving from and to, roughly how big the place is, and when.
- 2It opens our booking page and comes back with a price before anything is reserved.
- 3If you say go ahead, it holds the day and gives you a confirmation number. We hold it 24 hours, or 2 hours if your move is only a few days away.
- 4We email you the $60 deposit link. Paying it locks the date in. The $60 comes off your final bill.
Arrival windows are Morning from 8am to 12pm, Afternoon from 12pm to 4pm, Evening from 4pm to 8pm. We take one job a day, so booking any window takes the whole date.
